  Joan is our Financial Coordinator. She manages patient's financial accounts and helps patiens maximize their dental benefits, so they may obtain the dental treatment needed and desired. Joan began her career in the dental field as a Registered Dental Assistant. Having over 30 years of experience in healthcare and accounting, Joan quickly evolved into a patient advocate in her role as Financial Coordinator. In addition to her 30 years of experience, Joan also has some career achievements: Receiving "Who's Who in Healthcare" in 2002 and Receiving "Youngest Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the Mid West" in 1979. In addition to these achievements, her schooling portfolio includes: BA in Business Administration/Accounting, AA in Healthcare Administration, as well as a Denal Assisting Diploma. With Her education and experience, Joan is able to guide the patient through their financial needs so that they can receive the dental treatment they need and desire.
